Hala Sidqi
Hala’s case with her husband witnessed a new development in recent hours, after the husband’s lawyer announced his withdrawal from the case, and in this regard she wrote on Facebook: “The meaning of this step aside carries many meanings. Nevertheless, I will not give up the insult to me and my children who were used To intimidate and pressure me to negotiate even after publishing the videos, and threaten me with defamation or negotiation, in order to waive the imprisonment sentence that was issued against the husband. “
And she continued, “Tomorrow, a complaint will be submitted to the Attorney General for everyone who offends me by insulting and insulting me and my children who will not forget this abuse throughout their entire life, as well as all the sites that have circulated offensive videos .. Enough pressure on my children, so it is enough to prevent them from traveling and destroy their sports future and prevent them from renewing their blackboards. And finally defaming them and making them an object of entertainment for the Facebook users. “
Hala added, “A new case will be filed on land in Kafr El-Sheikh, which I have postponed due to a defect that some people do not know. Unfortunately, this husband does not want him except for a divorce and to stay away from me, and finally I thank you very much for your love, attention, support, and sympathy for my children who pay my fame.” .
Hala confirmed that she is continuing to take legal measures, until the judiciary says its word, “I am in safe hands,” apologizing for her resorting to using “Facebook”: “Because it is not the area of publicizing family problems, and this is what made me silent for five years, and after I finished this The nightmare I will list all the facts in a time that does not know the meaning of shame and forbidden, and I hope all the sites that I donated will indicate and help in the destruction of my children.
The artist, Hala Sidqi, responded to the video circulating of her husband, in which he accused her of seizing a piece of land that he owned and money from his bank account after he had issued her a general power of attorney several years ago.
She said, in exclusive statements to “Masrawy”, that she had listened to the video that was circulating and had submitted a complaint to the Public Prosecutor accusing her husband, his lawyer, and the website he published of defamation.
The artist added: “The video contains many erroneous needs, and they have no basis of validity and the purpose of which is defamation,” noting that “it is not permissible to talk about family life on social media in this way, and the children have their fault, what are they subjected to all this, they question their children because of money.” .
Sameh Sami, the artist’s husband, Hala Sidqi, accused her of not being the mother of their two children, and that she removed his name from the names of his two sons, indicating that she “forces them to introduce themselves to Samo Sidqi and Maryam Sidqi,” and demanded a DNA analysis to prove their lineage.
Ahmed Al-Fishawi and Titus
Hind Al-Hinnawi, the mother of Lina Ahmed Al-Fishawi, spoke to Shaky News Arabia, some time ago, about a new son and a lineage case on its way to the Egyptian courts, filed by a German woman who is the mother of a child called “Titus”, confirming his lineage to Al-Fishawi, who is now about 8 years old. Ahmed Al-Fishawi and Hind Al-Hinnawi
Al-Fishawi was the hero of another story in this regard many years ago, as he initially refused to recognize his daughter “Lina”, whom he had given birth to from Hind Al-Hinnawi, and they entered into great battles to prove the child’s lineage, until the situation changed and announced that she was his daughter, and then he was keen to fix the relationship between him And between her, but the situation changed and Lina filed a case accusing her father of not spending on her.
Last month, the Dokki Misdemeanor Court acquitted the artist Ahmed Al-Fishawi from a one-year prison sentence for refraining from implementing an alimony ruling after it was canceled by the family court, which imposed on Ahmed Al-Fishawi to pay an amount of 23,000 pounds sterling for the rental value of the apartment in England, in addition to 7,000 pounds Housing wages for a grandmother who lives in Cairo and is illegally staying with her stepfather in England.
Ahmed Ezz and Zina
One of the most famous paternity cases in the artistic community, which lasted for a period in the court yards, is the case of pedigree brought by the artist Zina to the artist Ahmed Ezz, to prove the lineage of her two children to him, and the family court asked Ezz and Zeina to conduct DNA analyzes to prove the lineage or not, Which was rejected by the artist and did not come to conduct the analyzes, and ended up proving Ezz’s refusal to conduct the analyzes.
In June 2015, the Family Court in Nasr City, headed by Counselor Hisham El-Banna, decided to prove the lineage of the artist Zina’s twins by the artist Ahmed Ezz.
Sherihan
One of the famous cases as well, is the case of proving the lineage of the artist Sherihan to her father, the famous lawyer Ahmed Abdel Fattah Al-Shalakany, as she got into trouble after his death with her uncle, who refused to recognize her and grant her her inheritance, until she obtained a ruling in her favor from the court.
About the story and how its details were, Sherihan said in one of the TV programs: “The full name is Sherihan Ahmed Abdel Fattah Al Shalakany, mother Awatif Mahmoud Hashem, born in Cairo, my mother is the first wife of Professor Ahmed Khorshid. He has marks in Egyptian cinema and generational science. It has become known in history that it is the author of the first genealogy case in Egypt, the artist Fatima Sari, the website of the National Media Authority or “Maspero”. He published the story of Fatima, who customarily married Muhammad Pasha Shaarawi, son of the leader of the women’s movement in Egypt, Hoda Shaarawi, in the twenties of the last century, After the latter invited her to hold a party in her villa, the young man saw her and admired her and they got married, and the fruit of this marriage was a girl named Laila.
Fatima possessed a confession in her husband’s handwriting that her fetus was his son, but after a period of writing this paper he loved to retreat, and after her birth, she knew his mother, and she asked him to stay away from his wife and deny the child’s lineage, and the girl tried to obtain her rights and the rights of her daughter by mutual consent, so she chose to resort to the courts at the end The matter, and the famous lawyer at the time, Fikri Abaza, took over her case, according to Maspero.
The verdict was issued in favor of the child, confirming her lineage to Muhammad Shaarawi, and adding her to his custody.
