The specialized site Mansion Global reviews the wonderful condition of the property, which has seven bedrooms, a dock, a pool and spa, a bar, a gym, and a home theater.

The agent David Salomón, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, told the aforementioned website that “the seven-bedroom house is ready” to release.

“It was designed and built to measure for a user who was very involved in the planning process and all the works. He hasn’t really used it as much as he thought,” he noted.
