Exercising and going to the gym are among the things that must be persevered to have good health and a long life.
But have you ever wondered what is the most expensive gym membership in Egypt, and what is the secret of its high prices and what’s in it?
“LA7” is Egypt’s most expensive gym, with a £23,000 annual membership fee, or £5,500 a month, plus a waiting list of around 700 people wanting to join, according to a video posted by the YouTuber Karim El-Sayed on his YouTube page, during which he reviewed the place, among his videos he posts in Egypt, since he settled there after his return from England.
The “master” begins his tour with the lift, going through the various rooms of the place and all its parts as follows:
– Elevator: The elevator leaves from the garage and takes you inside the gym itself.
Reception: The “reception” is characterized by a large area and a characteristic hotel design, as well as the diffusion of natural good smells.
– Cafeteria: Located in the reception area, it serves a variety of healthy food and drinks.
– Boxing place: The gym has a room for “boxing”, it is an open place and a large arena for those who want to train.
– Waiting Area: The gymnasium contains a waiting area, which distinctively includes chairs and tables, for both waiting and eating.
– Towels: Once you enter the lounge, you will find cold disposable towels and laundered towels.
– “Fitness Area”: a place that includes physical fitness devices such as treadmills, but is very distinctive and each device contains a smart screen to connect it to fitness applications on phones or YouTube views and video clips during the exercises.
Phone Charging Area: This is made up of shelves with all the different cables to charge phone batteries of all kinds.
– Weight bearing place: It features modern devices connected to screens that count exercise times on the device and other miscellaneous tools.
– GX Studio area: a large room with light weights for simple exercises, but also for various dance exercises.
– Physiotherapy room: on subscription, the person leaves from it with the aim of detecting any health problems, in order to avoid exercises that affect the muscles.
– The nutritionist’s room: where the doctor explains what you need to eat or avoid to lose weight or gain weight.
– Locker: Each subscriber has a locker at his disposal in which he deposits his personal belongings using a smart card that he receives at the reception.
– Mosque: LA7 has dedicated a small mosque inside.
– The barefoot room for meditation and yoga, with a very particular design.
– The Rooftop: Features a large, hard and intense exercise area, and features a room dedicated to a squash court.
In February last year, Karim El-Sayed reviewed the most expensive hotel suite in Egypt, namely the Royal Suite of the St. Regis Hotel, which exceeds the price of a night by 300 thousand pounds, and enjoys its large area in downtown Cairo.
