As of September 11, 2022, a total of 80,941 reports of adverse events, which would correspond to 79 notifications for every 100,000 doses administered. 65% were communicated by health professionals and 35% by citizens. Most of the reports concern women (73%) and people aged between 18 and 65 (87%).

Of the 80,941 reports of adverse events13,627 were considered serious. Of the 13,627 reports of serious adverse events received as of September 11, 2022, 467 presented a fatal outcome. In Spain, according to INE data, around 1,386 people die every day from various causes. Of these, 87% are 65 years of age or older and 74% are 75 years of age or older.
