“The third is domestic violence, the fourth is adultery, the fifth is incompatibility of characters,” the minister noted at a government briefing.
Balaeva called all these reasons “the vices of modernity,” which are mainly psychological in nature.
“All problematic issues begin with the family. And when a child grows up in such an environment, when he grows up, he can also use physical force against his wife or close relatives,” added the head of the Ministry of Culture.
She emphasized that in a family there must be respect from all family members and, in particular, respect for the woman.
“Still, a man who respects a woman will not raise his hand against her. These are issues of traditional family values. We explain and instill all this, since the beginning of all problematic issues comes from the family. We, adults, must be responsible for raising children, so that they live in love and care, and do not accumulate such aggression,” said Aida Balaeva.
