These will be the high mountain stages that the Tour de France 2023 will have:

Stage 6 | Tarbes – Cauterets Cambasque | 144.9km
The day will have a route of 144.9 kilometers and the cyclists will go through four peaks that will put their legs to the test at this stage of the race. Cote de Capvern Les Bains, Col d’Aspin, Col du Tourmalet and arrival at Cauterets Cambasque. At km 50, there will be a prize for the sprint in Sarrancolin.

Step 9 | Saint Leonard de Noblat – Puy de Dome | 182.4 km

Step 13 | Chatillon sur Chalaronne – Grand Colombier | 137.8 km
Stage 13 of the 2023 Tour de France is one of the shortest, but that does not make it less complex, quite the contrary, the finish line located in the Grand Colombier makes it one of the most attractive for fans and one of the most difficult. to overcome for cyclists. Although just over 137m8 kilometers will be on the flat and will go through a sprint in Hauteville Lompnes, the last 60 km will have two ascents, ending at Gran Colombier, with ramps of 7.1% and more.

Stage 14 | Les Gets the Portes du Soleil – Saint Gervais Mont Blanc | 179km

The mountain does not leave the race and continues to be more present than ever, since in stage 15 of the 2023 Tour de France it will be the protagonist again and at a point where the legs are already beginning to take their toll, although luckily, the next day the second day of rest will come. In the 179 kilometers the ascents will be in: Col de la Forclaz de Montmin (1st), Col de la Croix de Fry (1st), Col des Aravis (3rd), Cote des Aremands (2nd) and Saint Gervais Mont White. In Bluffy there will be a small intermediate sprint.
