The inauguration took place in the presence of Bruno Bernard, president of the Métropole de Lyon, Cédric Van Styvendael, mayor of Villeurbanne, Philippe Bard, chairman of the Supervisory Board Demathieu Bard, René Simon, chairman of the Management Board Demathieu Bard, Franck Becherel , member of the Executive Board, Deputy CEO for Construction, as well as Philippe Jung, Deputy CEO for Real Estate, and William Vassal and Guillaume Simonin, building architects.
Designed by Z Architecture, the building offers a rental area of 5,000 m². He received the prize for business real estate at the Pyramides d’Argent 2021 ceremony in the Lyon region. In addition, the structure incorporates a strong environmental dimension. It is distinguished by low-carbon concrete walls and floors, photovoltaic panels and by the implementation of healthy and low-polluting interior linings.
