Slight decline in fixed rates (from October)
The return of inflation and the prospect of central banks deciding a rate hike it is not having a real impact on mortgages in the last period. The difference in cost with the variables is in the order of 30-40 hundredths of a point, it is obvious that the choice of the fixed rate between those who take out a new loan is still plebiscite.
