The developer remarked in a blog post that he passed the moon by January 5th, but may be tricked by March 4th.
Bill Gray predicts that the storage stage will slam somewhere farther from the moon ground, which means it will probably go unnoticed, but there may be more factors to change the level.
This is the case, for example, with pressure from the sun, which can tip the rubbish out to the side.
Knowing the location of the trap would be an advantage for the researcher, because if you know the exact location of the trap, one of the satellites orbiting the moon could observe the content below the planet, which is traced by the trap.
