The NOS reports directly on the unveiling of the Holocaust Memorial of Names from 13.30 – 15.15 on NPO 1, NPO Nieuws, NOS.nl and the NOS app. There are speeches by Prime Minister Rutte, Mayor Halsema, the architect Daniel Libeskind and Jacques Grishaver, the chairman of the Auschwitz Committee. Actor and artist Jeroen Krabbé is master of ceremonies.
Immediately after the unveiling, an online special can be viewed on NOS.nl and in the NOS app, in which the visitor can move through the monument in 360 degrees. Twenty personal stories behind the names are highlighted in text and images.
