jpnn.com, JAKARTA – The National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) revealed new facts about the death of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J at the house of the inactive Head of the Propam Division of the Indonesian National Police Inspector General Ferdy Sambo in the incident last July 8.
The fact was revealed by the Commissioner Komnas HAM Choirul Anam in a press conference at his office on Wednesday (27/7) evening.
According to Anam, the new facts were discovered after the Komnas HAM team examined digital forensics and cyber on evidence from CCTV footage to cellphone communications related to the shootout in Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.
The man who was born in Malang, April 25, 1977, said that his team of investigators was shown 20 pieces of video from surveillance cameras.
The video is a CCTV recording at 27 points from Magelang to Duren Tiga, Jakarta, in the vicinity of the two-star general’s house.
“In the Duren Tiga area, the video shows Inspector General Sambo,” Anam said at the conference.
From Anam’s explanation, the video shows the seconds Ferdy Sambo arrived at the house where the incident took place (TKP) a shootout between Brigadier J and Bharada E.
A few moments after Inspector General Sambo entered the house, a group from Magelang arrived.
