Administrative closure for duck farming implicated by L214

The wreck of the Wakashio shattered
Beached on July 25 off Mauritius, the Japanese tanker Wakashio dumped around 1,000 tonnes of fuel oil into the ocean and broke in two on August 16. On August 20, the Mauritian authorities announced the start of the scuttling of part of the ship.

Lucid Motors, a Californian electric vehicle manufacturer (United States) financed by Chinese and Saudi funds, announces a record of autonomy for its first model, the Lucid Air. The luxury sedan, whose performance has been validated by an American body, could travel 830 kilometers in a single charge, 150 kilometers more than Tesla’s “Long Range Plus”.
