Although we know the benefits of fruits, vegetables and many foods, there is always something new that we need to know the benefit of, the biggest example of this is eating figs and olives together.

The Japanese team said that the best result is one fig compared to seven olives.

5- Protecting women from breast cancer: It is preferable for women to take it after menopause for this purpose.

6. Building bones: Figs contain calcium and minerals needed to build and strengthen bones, thus protecting them from osteoporosis.

7. Improving vision: Because it contains vitamin A, the benefits of olives are in building red blood cells because it contains iron.

8- Improving vision and protecting the eye from various diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts and atrophy.

9- Protecting the skin from ultraviolet rays, protecting the skin from cancer and premature aging, and maintaining the health and freshness of the skin because it contains vitamin E, fatty acids and antioxidants.

10- To relieve body pain because it contains olecthanal.

11- It protects the body from cancer because it acts as an antioxidant and protects the body from chronic oxidation that leads to body diseases.

12- Rid the body of belly fat and help lose weight by burning fat in fat cells.

13- It lowers high blood pressure and prevents heart disease.
