On January 25, 2022, the representatives sitting on the ministerial CHSCT voted, on a CGT and SM proposal, an expert report on working conditions within the judicial services. On February 11, in the absence of a response, we sent a joint letter to the general secretary, which can be consulted here.
On March 22, we received a negative response from the ministry, a few days before the end of the deadline… to consult here.
For our part, we did not wait and sent a joint letter addressed to the ministry on March 25. Letter to consult here.
We will continue to fight in view of the situation we experience on a daily basis in our services.
