To the Ministry of Labour told Algorithm of actions in the case of loss of a workbook. The first step is to write an application to the employer. He will complete a copy of the workbook. If a person no longer works, the employer must make a copy at his last place of work, but within six months after his resignation.

Date of issuing a duplicate workbook: not later than 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the employee’s request.

Information about the employee’s work activity is submitted: from January 1, 2003 – based on data from the Social Protection Fund; before January 1, 2003 – on the basis of documents submitted by the employee from previous places of work.
