The Ministry of Labor of Russia proposes to set the subsistence minimum for the second quarter of 2020 at 11,468 rubles per capita. This is stated in the text of the draft document published on the federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
“To establish … the value of the subsistence minimum for the whole of the Russian Federation for the II quarter of 2020 per capita is 11,468 rubles, for the working-age population – 12,392 rubles, pensioners – 9422 rubles, children – 11,423 rubles,” TASS cites the text of the document.
In January, the Ministry of Labor said that the cost of living in the country grew by 3.9% in IV quarter of 2019 year compared to the same period in 2018.
