Planned before the end of summer 2024, the call for tenders from the Ministry of Justice was finally published on August 10. The latter includes two lots, one in health, the other in provident insurance, and covers the agents of the Ministry of Justice and the public institutions attached to it, as well as retired agents and beneficiaries. The call for tenders runs until September 30, 2024, while the effective date of the collective scheme is set for October 1, 2025 for both lots. The workforce in terms of active agents is 92,678 agents, 57% of whom are women, for an average age of 43.6 years. For the health part, the scheme is collective with compulsory membership for active agents and optional for retirees and beneficiaries. In provident insurance, the scheme is also collective but membership in the interministerial guarantees and additional guarantees remains optional.
