Citizens of Ukraine will be able to obtain a certificate of receipt of two doses of coronavirus vaccine either at the vaccination point (in paper form), or through the application Action (electronic). Deputy Minister of Health Yaroslav Kucher told about this on the air of the TV channel Ukraine 24 Sunday, May 23rd.
“This will be a separate document, and there will be all the necessary information. And we will set up an exchange with the EU. But you need to understand that this is not only done for tourist trips. It will be a document with the appropriate code that can be checked by competent services, including airports of the EU countries, if they need it. All information is stored in the E-Health system, it is unloaded from there, the work will be much easier, “the official said.
Kucher also listed the opportunities that will open up to the owners of vaccination passports.
“This will allow holding mass events, holding events that are now impossible, because there are quarantine restrictions. But if people are vaccinated at all these events, then please, this is done in the entire civilized world, and we will definitely come to this. We are part of global peace, and there are no options, “the deputy minister said.
We will remind, on the eve it was reported that Ukraine and the EU reach an agreement on the possibility of mutual recognition of vaccination passports. The negotiation process should be completed by the end of June.
