As a result of the operation in question, the US dollar was excluded from the FNB’s funds structure, the share of the British pound was reduced to 5%, the share of the euro and the Chinese yuan were increased to 39.7 and 30.4% respectively, the share of the Japanese yen was 4.7, and the share of gold 20.2%.
The specified operations were carried out with the funds of the FNB in foreign currency located in the accounts of the Bank of Russia, and also with funds from the federal budget in foreign currency in the equivalent of 31.6 billion rubles, credited to the Fund on July 2 of this year. in order to be formed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
