This is provided for by departmental resolution No. 183 of June 30, 2023, officially published on September 8 at National legal Internet portalreports BELTA.
Thus, the document determines that children of early and preschool age with features of psychophysical development are raised and educated in a special kindergarten. Educators take into account the individual characteristics of each child during his comprehensive education.
Among the tasks of the special kindergarten is to ensure the correction of violations in the physical and (or) mental development of pupils, the formation of their social and everyday skills, moral standards, and competencies necessary for acquiring social experience.
In this case, correction is implemented in the main forms of organizing the educational process – games, classes in educational areas, correctional classes, as well as in organizing the daily routine of pupils.
The resolution also defines the main functions of special kindergartens: catering, medical care, accommodation.
The resolution comes into force after its official publication.
