The Department of Industrial Promotion (DOA) has inspired the new wave of designers, organizing the Thai Designer Academy 2021 activity for the fifth consecutive year after having successfully created more than 4 generations of designer networks.
Mrs. Wanpen Ratanakangwan, Director of the Creative Industry Development Division, revealed that the activity “Empowering product designers to the world in the form of Academy or Thai Designer Academy 2021: TDA 5″ is one of the projects for developing potential Thai designers to have opportunities and to continue. The amount of business that the department has operated for the fifth consecutive year after having successfully created a network of more than 200 young designers in the past four generations. And each model can drive a variety of brands to be accepted both in the country and abroad. Adding value to the product is not less than 120 million baht and there are 50 prototypes to prepare for the commercial market, which this year the designers will show off their work under the concept ” The Sense of Silk: Ready to wear, Ready to world ”Production of prototype dresses using Thai silk to create the spirit of being Thai in a dress that can be worn every day and pushed silk to the next level. 1. Workshop Designer Business, under the concept of creativity (Creative) in all aspects, all elements of design and comprehensive marketing, both online and offline. Marketing both at home and abroad It will focus on both Design, Material & Marketing through highly qualified and experienced speakers. 2. Activity study visit the learning center (Designer Field Trip) “Bang Sai Arts and Crafts Center” learning about silk. 4. 50 brands of designers have brought their own work to create a look book by top models and models.
