It is proposed to clarify the grounds for deferment and exemption from conscription.
The Ministry of Defense is ready to submit to the Verkhovna Rada a revised draft law on strengthening mobilization, it reports Censor.net with reference to documents.
In particular, it is proposed to specify the grounds for deferment and exemption from conscription. For persons with disabilities, such a postponement from mobilization will remain, according to the publication, and for all groups.
It is also proposed that civil servants of categories “B” and “B” be booked in the share of 50% of conscripts in a certain body.
It is proposed to allow “moving without the permission of the TCC”, but to be registered at a new address.
An electronic cabinet and TsNAP are being introduced to update data instead of TCC.
At the same time, in the documents published by the publication, it is noted that this is a revised bill No. 10378 (which was introduced on December 25, 2023). However, as you know, this draft law has already been withdrawn by the Government, so it must now be submitted under a new number.
The Verkhovna Rada does not yet have information on the registration of the corresponding new draft law.
