In many cases, the causes of disturbance are the so-called “citizens of security”, according to the broadcaster. These are asylum seekers who are unlikely to have a chance to obtain a residence permit because they come from a safe country.
‘On the road’
For now, the road carriages will work on weekdays and cycle around the country. “They have no special powers. They do not wear uniforms or truncheons. In reality they are ordinary citizens, but with a specific task,” said a spokesman for the Ministry of Justice and Security. “Besides, they are On the road and address the causes of disturbance in a direct way “.
