The Minister of Trade Has Been Changed, This is the Price of Cooking Oil at Alfamart & Indomaret 21 June 2022

Price of packaged cooking oil at Alfamart and Indomaret today, Tuesday 21 June 2022 varies. Several brands of cooking oil have experienced a decline and increase because the previously set discounts are no longer valid.

In general the price of cooking oil 2-liter packaging is priced between IDR 45,000 to IDR 51,000. While the size of 1 liter between Rp 23,000 to Rp 25,000’s.

The increase in cooking oil prices occurred after the provision for the Highest Retail Price (HET) was revoked so that the price of packaged cooking oil now follows the market price. Cooking oil that is still regulated by HET is only the bulk with a benchmark of Rp. 14,000 per liter.

The price of cooking oil at Alfamart and Indomaret has not changed much even though the Minister of Trade (Mendag) has recently been replaced. Currently, the position that serves as the Minister of Trade is Zulkifli Hasan, who replaces M Lutfi.

The price of packaged cooking oil such as Tropical, Bimoli to Sania is different at Alfamart and Indomaret. Each retailer will provide different cooking oil prices, depending on the brand to packaging size.
