During the time of Alexander Nikolov as Minister of Energy, contracts were concluded that did not comply with the Law on Energy, announced the current Minister Rosen Hristov, BNR reported.
He confirmed that he had testified in the case for which the prosecutor’s office brought charges against Nikolov.
“The fact that many contracts were concluded in violation of the Energy Law. From then on, who has what role, who made what decisions, why they made them, that will be decided by the competent authorities.”
Hristov also commented on Greenpeace’s decision to file a lawsuit against the energy development strategy. According to the minister, this is not a “strategy”, but a “vision”.
