– This is the hardest work. Round the clock work. The complex operates day and night. There are issues of accidents, industrial injuries, safety and labor protection. There are no other sources of financing, except for tariffs, the republican budget and direct investments. This issue is under control. We understand that the production personnel of the enterprise should receive a fair salary, – said Satkaliyev.
Recall that on April 15, several dozen workers of the Mangystau Nuclear Power Plant recorded a video message to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. They demanded to change the management of the enterprise and improve working conditions.
Later, the workers recorded another appeal in which they refuted the complaints.
The power plant responded to the next appeal of the employees of the enterprise regarding wages. According to the press service of the organization, in March last year, production personnel, with the exception of managers and employees of management, received a 30 percent increase in wages.
