Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education, announced that he will receive the final result of the 30,000-teacher competition next Thursday from the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, noting that they will be subjected to two-week training, after which they will start working immediately.

He emphasized that parents have a major role in social upbringing and providing the appropriate environment that helps in building the child, not just the school.
He explained that the problem that we suffer from in society is to reduce the educational process to passing a test and focus on the cognitive aspect and memorizing information, which prompted families to search for help for the child to pass the cognitive test, and thus private lessons appeared, neglecting the skillful and emotional aspect, indicating that the future is very difficult. And the student will search for a job and will not get a job, and therefore he must be armed with many skills.
He explained that the real evaluation of students must take place during the teaching and learning process, and that the school be the real place for teaching and learning, indicating that he has never encouraged private lessons because he exposed to a major disease, which is reducing education to a mere test, stressing that the ministry is seeking to return the school to a place for education. and learn.
He explained that in the kindergarten stage, a book was published, adding that education is the preparation of the individual for life, and for this, new multidisciplinary curricula were prepared to familiarize students with themselves and respect for values.
