At the closing of the event, the children, adolescents and young people presented to local decision-makers, Admiral Hermann Aicardo León Rincón, head of the Directorate of Maritime and River Interests of the National Navy, and Orlando Bello, director of Science, Technology and Innovation of the Government of Bolívar, a manifesto with the most relevant conclusions of the challenges assumed in their research on the San José galleon.
