So what really happened? The state allocated a good amount, probably the best spent 1.2 million euros, because it was necessary to get people from the “Michelin” catalog here for this amount.
What is the Michelin catalog, someone asked, why not the Pirelli catalog… Because Michelin, which also makes tires, they thought at one point n-years ago, which is more than a hundred years, that they could offer a guide for gourmets, for those who love to eat. And it’s expensive prices, it’s prestige and so on.

Since our country cannot offer any VAT or other types of letters to this industry, which is called public catering, it was decided to spend state money, invite and try to get our restaurants in the catalog. These are not state restaurants, they are private entrepreneurs.
