The MHB supports Montpellier 2028!

Montpellier Handball is happy and proud to support the City of Montpellier and to all 154 municipalities applying for the European Capital of Culture 2028!

The final sprint is launched for our City, still in competition with Clermont-Ferrand, Rouen and Bourges to represent the French candidacy.

The delegation led by Michaël Delafosse, Mayor of Montpellier and President of Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole, will take its oral examination this Tuesday in Paris, before the verdict expected on Wednesday.

Deeply attached to its City and its Metropolis, whose colors it has defended for more than 30 years throughout Europe, the MHB is convinced that sport and culture maintain strong links, in the service of living together and influence of the territory.

All the managers, players, staff, employees, licensees and volunteers of Montpellier Handball are uniting to support the Montpellier 2028 candidacy in this home stretch!
