/ world today news/ A new contract for BGN 96,000 excluding VAT was received by the Capital Municipality of the company of the father of the Minister of Economy Bozhidar Lukarski.
This is clear from the negotiation of a public order without notification between the Center for Urban Mobility and the company “Musat 2000” EOOD with manager Tsetso Lukarski. The contract has been in place for 2 months, but in recent days it has sparked interest in social networks, “Sega” reports.
The company has been invited to perform subscription round-the-clock maintenance of software and specialized hardware in the structural units of the Center for Urban Mobility EAD, maintenance of system (standard) software at workplaces and system administrator functions, the contract being for a period of 1 year. Tsetso Lukarski was invited for direct negotiation, as he has copyrights on the program product “Automated system for control and management of route vehicles”.
“Musat 2000” has been working with the Metropolitan Municipality since 2007, the last one in which Bozhidar Lukarski was the deputy mayor of the “Mladost” district. According to the public procurement of CGM, it has so far received over BGN 700,000 for maintenance of the control system in Sofia’s urban transport. “Musat 2000” is a subcontractor of the Czech company “Microelectronics” Ltd. In addition to the Center for Urban Mobility, the company also fulfills orders for “Stolichen Autotransport” EAD. It is the executor of the order for voice announcements for bus stops since June 2015. For it, the company received from the municipal company over BGN 35,000 excluding VAT. There are also contracts for similar activities with other municipalities.
