Nice project in perspective for the Mosaic Park at Houplin-Ancoisne. The European metropolis of Lille (Nord) launches an appeal: she wants to set up shared gardens.
A shared natural garden project
Concretely, the Metropolis is looking for a structure capable of “carrying, piloting and animating a shared natural garden project”.
All with in sight the desire to “make the Mosaïc park ever more attractive” but also and above all to “recreate social ties from gardening and vegetable garden activities”.
A group of gardeners could thus settle on site and animate a space in the heart of the garden. Almost 1,500 m² will be made available.
“This space will raise awareness of nature, biodiversity, local agriculture that respects the environment, but also ecocivism and better living together”, insists on the side of the Metropolis. And to add that “the practices towards the vegetable patch and the garden will have to be exemplary and innovative vis-à-vis the sensitivity
from catchment fields to pollution risks ”.
