In the San Juan Bautista parish of the El Guabal neighborhood (Commune 10) the Novena of Aguinaldos began, programmed by the Mayor’s Office of Santiago de Cali. It was a night full of songs, joy and prayers that also reached the homes of Caleñas families, through the transmission through the entity’s social networks and the Telepacífico channel.
The transmission, which began at six o’clock in the afternoon, had the participation of the Secretary of Government led by its leader Jesús Darío González Bolaños, who invited citizens to carry out the novena with fervor and family unity putting in practice biosecurity measures in their homes.
“We are inviting families to celebrate the novena with their primary nucleus, in their homes and that is why from the Mayor’s Office of Cali we bring them this transmission so that from their homes they can enjoy it and become guardians of life,” said the secretary of Government of Cali.
The Novena de Aguinaldos, supported by the local Archdiocese and carried out by the Mayor’s Office of Santiago de Cali, is an event that brings hope and joy to the people of Cali, inviting unity to overcome the adverse situations that are experienced by covid-19.
Today’s invitation is to continue your family prayers on the second day of the Novena that will be broadcast from 6:00 pm, through the social networks of the Mayor’s Office of Cali and through the regional channel Telepacífico, in the church Risen Christ of the La Flora neighborhood (avenue 4N # 47A-49).
