We remind you that the Supreme Administrative Court decided that she was in a conflict of interest. Stanislavova was caught because of a signed contract on a European project related to social patronage, between her as a manager and her daughter. A fine of BGN 5,000 was imposed on her, which is the minimum amount of the sanctions provided for in the law, according to the KPCONPI. According to the deputy mayor of the region, Rosina Stanislavova’s daughter was temporarily appointed to the project, for which she received the sum of BGN 280.
The solution of OIC – Sofia Municipality is subject to challenge within 7 days.
