Users of social networks are actively sharing a draft of the document of the mayor of Kiev Klitschko. It announces the annulment in 1147 of the order of Prince Yuri Dolgoruky of Russia to establish Moscow in Kiev.
It is understandable that the document has become an ironic response to Putin’s recent statements in which he associates himself with Peter I, and that Russia is now simply regaining its historic territories. The document states that the prince’s order has been declared invalid because it is considered a historical misunderstanding.
“Putin imagines that he is in league with Peter the Great and has announced that Russia is now simply taking what it once owned. While the Mongols are silent and thinking about the wording, “In my opinion, a tasteful answer to Russia ‘s mad Führer,” says a post from a social network user.

Kyiv was founded in 482.
In 1147, the Grand Duke of Kyiv and ruler of the Kyivan Rus’, Yuriy Dolhoruky, issued a decree founding Moscow.
In 2022, Kyiv City Council rescinded this decree, saying it was due to a “historical misunderstanding.”
