Eloy Martín commented that around four in the morning the fire was considered enclosed, and now the area will be refreshed in an action in which they are studying whether to use aerial means, and the mayor has pointed out that they have been “very lucky.” as the wind died down during the night.
The fire has affected about 7 hectares of forest, although it is possible that it also affected some vineyards, and the flames have not reached the homes scattered around the area, said the mayor of El Paso, who also specified that no neighbor have suffered setbacks and have returned to their homes.
As for the origin of the fire, Eloy Martín hopes that it was not caused, although an investigation must be carried out.
