For the third weekend in a row Spider-Man: No Way Home at the top of the North American box office top 10. The superhero film is once again strong, now with $52.7 million. This brings the total in the States to $610 million and worldwide to nearly $1.4 billion.
Remarkable is the fourth place for American Underdog from directors Andrew Erwin and Jon Erwin. This is a movie about National Football League-Kurt Warner, played by Zachary Levi. In its second week, the film is doing just under The King’s Man and better than The Matrix Resurrections, both of which are also in their second weekend.
The standings of the two blockbusters are questionable. The Kingsman prequel is only $15 million in the States and the Matrix revival doesn’t go beyond $30 million. The global score of Resurrections is still somewhat reasonable at $106.0 million.
