The Masked Singer judges over the moon after unveiling

It was another packed show with high-profile performances. The Scarecrow, the Crocodile, the Shark, the Pharaoh, and the Ladybug did everything they could to blow the audience away.

Also this week there was another unique guest performance for Project Smile of RTL, which tries to raise as much money as possible for research and projects that contribute to reducing fear, pain and stress in 380,000 children who are treated in one of the children’s hospitals every year.

This time two famous Dutch people hid in a suit of the Ice Cream and the Cupcake for charity. And for that, two jury members came to help once: Mattie Valk and Samantha Steenwijk. Despite this extra help, guessing who was in the suits was not easy. They do become a little wiser after Mattie’s question: ”Do you share the bed with the Ice Cream?” he asks the Cupcake. “Often and a lot,” it sounds from the suit.

With this answer, Gerard and Buddy’s team bets on the love couple Guus Meeuwis and Manon Meijers. And yes, these two celebrities actually appeared out of the suits.

Like every week, the audience decides who should leave the show. After the votes have been counted it’s time for the supreme moment. Only four candidates are allowed to stay and unfortunately the Ladybug is not one of them.

The panel gets to give their opinion one last time, who they think is in the suit. Gerard and Buddy’s team as well as Carlo and Loretta’s team are unanimous about who should emerge from this: Karin Bloemen. “There’s no doubt about it,” says Carlo. After these convincing words, it couldn’t be otherwise: she is actually the flamboyant singer. The judges scream with excitement.

Karin thought it was a great experience and is therefore very sorry that she has to leave the show now. “I’m going to personally call everyone in the audience to ask why I haven’t passed,” the singer says jokingly.
