It took a while, but now it is clear when the Marvel Cinematic Universe will continue. In mid-January, Disney + will see the most successful and much-loved film series pick up again with the series WandaVision.
After the release of Spider-Man: Far From Home Phase 4 of the MCU actually had to start early May this year with Black Widowfollowed by the series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier on Disney +. This was canceled due to corona and now it is clear that 2020 will remain an MCU-less year.
WandaVision: January 15 on Disney +
In recent days there was some uncertainty about when WandaVision round Elizabeth Olsens Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch en Paul Bettany‘s Vision would appear. Marvel Studios announced in a Tweet that the six-part “blockbuster series” starts on January 15th.
“A new era is dawning. Marvel Studios’ WandaVision, an Original Series, will be streaming on Disney + January 15,” the announcement reads. We also see a 30-second motion poster that underlines the sitcom style.
