The Martín Carpena will host the qualifying round of the Basketball Champions League (BCL) | BE Malaga

The Martín Carpena has been chosen by the BCL as one of the four venues for the qualifying rounds for the competition. It will also have a Macedonian, Portuguese and Serbian headquarters. Six teams will fight to get the place that will take them to the European competition. Unicaja will be in group 2 together with Heroes Den Bosch (Netherlands), Siauliai (Lithuania), Karhu Kauhajoki (Finland), Patrioti Levice (Slovakia) and Egis Kormend (Hungary).

The typesetter group has skipped a round and will start from the semifinals. Those of Ibon Navarro will face the winner of the match between Heroes Den Bosch and Siauliai. This round will be on Friday, September 23 and if they win, they will play the final on Sunday, September 25. Subscribers will be able to watch the matches of both Unicaja and the rest of the teams in the qualifying rounds.
