After eight years of living together, the marriage of Laura Groza and Mārtiņš Ķiber has broken down, this week the newspaper Kas Kass writes. Previously, when going out in society, the two were enlightened as a very harmonious and compatible couple, but now the marriage is also officially divorced.
Basket magazine assures: nothing is eternal. Directors also teach uncertainty about the future of the profession. “Well, we just have to think about how to ensure an elementary existence in these circumstances,” says Groza. The received downtime allowance for the award-winning director is enough only to cover the rent and the food for himself and the cat. Currently, Groza lives on the money she received for the performance staged at the end of the summer at the Klaipeda Theater.
The director is not ready to reveal what disagreements overwhelmed her marriage and why the relationship with the former owner of the nightclub “Casablanca” broke down. “I am officially divorced, we currently live in our own household. I would not like to tell anything about it in detail at the moment, it is still relatively fresh, and this topic should not be touched on now,” the talented artist explains to the magazine “Kas Jauns”.
