LZuydcoote maritime hospital was selected among the 20 pilot establishments of the patient experience selected as part of the partnership between the French Hospital Federation (FHF) and the French Institute for Patient Experience (IFEP).
The establishment will be able to contribute to a process of sharing experiences, participate in reflection works or experiment with methods and tools within the framework of the partnership established with IFEP.
The objective is to develop a culture of collaboration with users and their families, to make the patient experience a lever for continuous improvement in the quality and safety of patient care.
This participatory approach aims to make the patient actor in his care and adapt the health system so that it fully meets the expectations of users.
