Two consecutive double faults give the Russian the second break of the set, who thus closes 3-6, 6-3, 6-2. With this victory, the number 7 in the world remains in the running for the title and launches the challenge to the Norwegian Casper Ruud for a place in the final of the Nitto ATP Finals 2022.
