Known as Prata Streeta rural property that was the home of the real Mona Lisaa few miles from Florence, Italy, is on the market for €18,000,000. According to Sotheby’s International, the 16th-century structure belongs to the family of Francesco del Giocondoa noble silk and clothing merchant, who in 1503 commissioned Leonardo da Vinci to create a portrait of his wife, Lisa Gherardini, which would go down in history as the “Mona Lisa”.

On a land of 27 hectaresthere is a main house and several additional structuresincluding a gardener’s house, buildings for agricultural use, private chapel, swimming pool and tennis court. The property is divided into gardenstree-lined avenues and lush vegetation.
