The East Java Regional Police arrested a man named Aji Dores. Aji was arrested for threatening to kill the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud Md. This threat was made by Aji while burping him Mahfud Md’s mother’s house in Pamekasan, Tuesday (12/1).
“On December 1, we all know that there was an incident where a number of masses after the demonstration dispersed themselves, then passed the house where the 90-year-old mother of the Coordinating Minister for Political, Law and Security Affairs lived. East Java Inspector General Nico Afinta when released at the East Java Regional Police Headquarters, Jalan Ahmad Yani Surabaya, Saturday (5/12/2020).
Nico said there were a number of inappropriate sentences made by the masses at the location. However, only Aji made death threatening sentences.
“So there was fear and this was done by some people, but there was one person who said murder,” added Nico.
From the results of these arrests, evidence was found in the form of recorded evidence containing death threat sentences, as well as Aji’s clothes. For his actions, the suspect violated Article 160 of the Criminal Code, Article 335 KUHP and / or Article 93 in conjunction with Article 9 with the threat of six years imprisonment.
Previous, Mahfud Md’s mother’s house in Pamekasan, Madura, a crowd visited them. The masses expressed their aspirations if they contravened Mahfud Md’s statement regarding the problems with Habib Rizieq Shihab’s COVID-19 swab test results.
