A man in his twenties injected a 16-year-old girl with very dangerous drugs and then raped her.

A 16-year-old girl got into a rough situation at home in January 2023. Halved, 20 years old at the time of the events Hussein Ali Startedhad come to his apartment to talk. They used tranquilizers and had sex.

At the same time, Alokeili threatened: he said he would kill the girl if she resisted. He escalated the threats with a bladed weapon. Then he raped the girl.
Alokeili didn’t leave the apartment until the next day, taking the girl’s belongings with him.
The badly shocked girl called her friend and told her what had happened at the apartment. Later that week, he went to an examination for victims of sexual violence and filed a criminal report.
The girl said that the man had used her as a kind of guinea pig, i.e. injected drugs first into her and then into himself. The girl’s brain “went blank” because of the drugs.
He denied the crimes
Alokeili denied that he had committed the crime and said that he was shocked by the suspicion of a crime.
He claimed that he only helped the girl use the drugs that she had asked for herself. In addition, he claimed that the sex was consensual both times.
There had indisputably been two connections. The girl said that she agreed to the first one under pressure. He was afraid that Alokeili would use violence against him if he did not agree.
Regarding this intercourse, the district court dismissed the rape charge. It considered that the girl was not “so intoxicated” that she would not be able to form and express her will. The district court considered intercourse after the sting to be aggravated rape.
The Helsinki district court sentenced the currently 22-year-old Alokeil to 3 years and 2 months in prison for aggravated drug crime, aggravated rape, assault, illegal threat and theft.
In addition, Hussein Alokeili was sentenced to compensate his victim a total of 5,200 euros for the pain and suffering caused by the crime.
