The Macedonian Interior Ministry stopped a bus departing from Skopje for Istanbul on Sunday afternoon with false documents.
The bus stopped at 5 pm at the Miladinovtsi road station in northern Macedonia. It is owned by a company from Skopje, offnews reported.
The Macedonian Interior Ministry says the 56-year-old driver did not have an international transport license.
The documents for the bus chassis have also been falsified.
On November 23rd, 45 passengers were killed in a crash on the Struma highway on a Macedonian bus traveling from Istanbul to Skopje. It burned like a torch, irregularities were found with the carrier’s documents.
