The new episode of “Murder Talks” begins with the murder of an antique dealer from a small village in the Taubertal. But during the investigation it turns out: This murder is only the culmination of the machinations of a criminal trio who stop at nothing, not even their own family.
The scene of the crime is the small town of Unterbalbach in the Main-Tauber district. There, on December 19, 2012, the 70-year-old antiques dealer Hans B. was found slain in his house. A thirty-person special commission of the criminal police is on duty and tries to determine the perpetrators.
Several suspects from the same family
After a few weeks the suspicion of two members of a ten-person family from Bad Mergentheim arose. In the house of Laszlo (34) and Adam P. (26) numerous objects are confiscated as evidence. The criminal head of the family is “Mama” Viktoria, who seems to stop at nothing. Together with her son and nephew, she has hardly missed a crime – including robbery, blackmail and incitement to sexual abuse of a child.
While the investigation into the murder leads the officers to further crimes by the family, a story is gradually revealed that not only tells of crimes, but also of love, loneliness, addiction and a young girl who is the plaything of their machinations Family became.
