The Lyon Festival of Lights is back!

Lyon will light up again on the evenings of December 8 to 11, during which contemporary artists, videographers, lighting designers, scenographers and visual artists will express their creativity on the buildings, squares, parks and streets of the city.

Among the great novelties of this year, the event will offer children the opportunity to fully enjoy the Festival of Lights, with a new place entirely dedicated to families: Parc Sergent Blandan.

The program will combine light objects, scenographies, performances and video mapping, from the most intimate to the most spectacular. Thus, you will notably see a giant wave on Place Bellecour, ricochet waves on the surface of the lake in the Parc de la Tête d’Or, nests of light in the undergrowth, an immense snake that has emerged from the depths, a colorful phoenix in a tropical jungle, dancing carps, a luminous path running on the treetops, an altruistic rabbit in an Aztec tale, a floral garden full of lights.
