Now Russia is calling on Kiev to stop provocations in Donbass, as well as to report the whereabouts of the detained Russian citizen and provide consular access to him. In addition, Moscow expects the OSCE to assess Kosyak’s detention.

Earlier, the city court of Severodonetsk, Luhansk region of Ukraine, ruled to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention for Kosyak. He was arrested by the Ukrainian special services. The jamb was armed with a firearm with two loaded magazines during the arrest. He is also suspected of involvement in banned armed groups.
